Golden-cheeked Warblers are the main attraction of this Birdathon event, but our Hill Country yard has lots of other gorgeous birds as well! Come early to enjoy the dawn chorus while we enjoy coffee and breakfast on the porch. After breakfast, we will go for easy guided hikes through the woods where male Golden-cheeks are expected to be singing on their territories.
This team will bird on April 2, 7 AM - 11 AM. This event is on a private property in Leander; registrants will receive more specific directions via email prior to the event. Registration is $50 per person and includes birding, breakfast, and a commemorative Birdathon pin (which will ready for pickup from the Travis Audubon offices in May).
