Allandale Owls

Join Janet Davis, Nicole Netherton, and other neighbors for a fun and casual exploration of the birdlife in the hood! We'll focus mainly on Sheffield Park and Shoal Creek nearby, looking for migrants and enjoying the morning. We'll be on the lookout for Black-throated Green Warbler and Nashville Warbler, as well as our favorite ubiquitous Herons and Phoebes. The park and the creek often bring surprise delights during the height of migration, so join us!

This team will bird on April 20 at 7:30 am. Meet in the parking lot at Beverly Sheffield (Northwest) Park, near the historical marker by the pool. Registration for this team is $25 and is limited to 12 people. All participants must comply with Travis Audubon’s COVID-19 policies and procedures.
