Big Knit

This field trip is free for everyone, but registration is required.

Bring your knitting, crochet, or sewing project and join us for a big sit. We’ll sit in a circle and listen and look out for birds in the park. All levels of birding and fiber arts experience welcome; just bring a folding chair or blanket, and binoculars if you have them.

Lisa Ramie has been a Travis Audubon member since 2020 and the organization's Development Manager since 2025. She loves spending time outdoors and, you guessed it, working on knitting projects.
