Super Tuesday at Barkley Meadows Park with Dan Callaway

Barkley Meadows along the Onion Creek Greenway is a new park in Southeastern Travis County. It offers a variety of habitats including a riparian corridor, ponds, woodlands and open fields. There are good trails, so expect to walk about two miles. Portable toilets are available. Directions: Take Highway 71 east past the airport to FM 973 south. Take FM 973 South to the first light which is Pearce Lane. Make left turn on Pearce Lane and continue until you pass under the toll road (Hwy130/45). Make an immediate left turn onto the service road on the north bound side of Hwy 130/45 (DO NOT get on the toll road). Stay on the service road for a short distance. You will see a pond on your right which marks the park entrance road. The sign says Barkley Meadows Onion Creek Greenway.
